Moving/Transferring Schools:
If your student is moving out of the Cave Spring High School district, contact your counselor. Also, to avoid delays, complete the entire withdrawal process with the Counseling Department prior to enrolling to another school.

Class changes for the 2025-2026 school year began on Friday, August 29th.
To submit a request, use the form below:
Important Information:
- A parent/guardian must complete the form.
- Students in the RCPS Online Academy should not use this form. Instead, contact your school counselor:
- Mrs. Holdren (A-G)
- Mrs. Bredenkamp (H-Ph)
- Mrs. Swartz (Pi-Z)

- Students must be enrolled in 5.0 credits to be considered a full-time RCPS student and to remain VHSL eligible. Repeat courses do not count toward VHSL eligibility.
- Other classes may be adjusted to balance class sizes and availability. If you only want a schedule change as long as it does not affect more than one class, please note that in the comments section of the form.
- Due to the number of schedules requests, please give multiple days for requests to be processed. Students should continue checking their schedules in Synergy.
