2026 – 2027 CSHS Athletic Registration Instructions-

Opens April 15, 2026

Starting with the 2026-2027 school year, all athletic registration and sports physical turn in will be done digitally through the Arbiter platform (We will no longer be accepting paper copies of physicals). Through Arbiter, we have streamlined the athletic registration process, and all required waivers are now completed digitally.

Please follow the steps below to ensure your student is properly registered for athletic participation:

1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family)

a. You may create your account by clicking in the provided link: clicking here. or going to the following website: https://account.students.arbitersports.com/signup

2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email.
Please note: the activation email may be delivered to your junk or spam folder.
a. If you experience difficulty creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, please contact Arbiter Registration support at 1-800-311-4060.

3. After successfully logging into your account, please scan the QR code below to complete your student’s registration.

4. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation indicating that your submission has been received. Please note that students must be fully registered and cleared by administration in order to be eligible for athletic participation. If your child’s registration is incomplete, you will be contacted through email.
